Banana and Honey Breakfast Smoothie (Serves 2 )- 250 ml skimmed milk or soy milk
- 250 ml low fat yogurt
- 2 dessertspoons of crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 banana
- 4 dessert spoons of Vanilla Formula 1
- Whiz in blender until smooth
- 6 stoned dried apricots (soaked overnight)
- 250 ml fresh pineapple pieces
- 300 ml plain, low fat yogurt
- 4 dessert spoons Tropical Fruit Formula 1
- Whiz in blender until smooth
