Delicious Herbalife Shake Recipes

Banana and Honey Breakfast Smoothie (Serves 2 )
  • 250 ml skimmed milk or soy milk
  • 250 ml low fat yogurt
  • 2 dessertspoons of crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 banana
  • 4 dessert spoons of Vanilla Formula 1
  • Whiz in blender until smooth
Pineapple, Apricot and Yoghurt Smoothie
  • 6 stoned dried apricots (soaked overnight)
  • 250 ml fresh pineapple pieces
  • 300 ml plain, low fat yogurt
  • 4 dessert spoons Tropical Fruit Formula 1
  • Whiz in blender until smooth
